Meet Sarah

Hey! I’m Sarah, I own this studio! I am a wedding and family photographer and this is now the second studio I’ve owned! It’s so nice to have a space again and share it with a community that is like a second hometown!

Important Info

 

  • The studio is located right in downtown at 10 Prince Place in Newburyport and is unit 111!

    The studio is located down the first hallway and to the left - just follow the unit numbers!

    There will be a lockbox OUTSIDE in case the front door is locked as well as a lockbox on the door of the studio and the codes will be given upon rental.

  • This studio space is found on Prince Place in Newburyport! There is a parking lot right across from the front door that is paid by the hour both at the kiosks and on the Passport app! If it’s full there is plenty of street parking around town.

    DO NOT park in the lot to the right of the building, it does not belong to us and you will be towed.

  • We do not currently have Wifi.

  • All furniture out in the open space of the studio is available to use for your session or rental. Furniture and props may be moved to your desired look. Feel free to ask for assistance to move furniture to avoid damage to furniture or floors. There are no studio lights available for use so please bring your own.

    Backdrop stands are available with notice and the studio can contain a 4ft backdrop comfortably.

    The bed is a futon and can be made into a couch for more room and for branding and headshot sessions, and vis versa can be made into a bed for boudoir sessions, please store the linens in the painted footlocker.

    Please move all furniture and props back to where they were found before leaving the studio.

  • The front "lobby" space will have a curtain for more privacy for changing as well as a clothing hanging rack.

    This space is SMALL and it is recommended that you come ready to go with MUAH or that your MUAH artist(s) bring all of their own equipment (including mirrors and chairs if needed).

  • There is a restroom used by the entire building/floor down the hall tot he right with the make-shift kitchen as well as down the left hall from the front door. Please be aware that these are single-person restrooms and used by the rest of the tenants of the building.

    • This studio room is private to your session rental and will have a lock on the inside of the door.

    • There will be a sign on the door that should be flipped to “Do Not Disturb” whenever you are in the studio (this is for the landlords information in case of any maintenance needs and for offices around you to know you are present)

    • The window in the back will have privacy film over it.

    • There is a security camera in the room please make everyone present aware of this.
