Okay so,
I know anyone who comes into this space is going to be respectful, knowing this community, but let’s talk about it anyway…
Clean Up After Yourself
Duh! Please make sure you restore the studio back to how you found it when you leave! Cleaning supplies is also provided in the “lobby” area.
No Canned Atmosphere or Smoke Machines
There are smoke detectors and this space is small so absolutely not allowed either of these things!
Pets are Allowed
Well-behaved pets are absolutely allowed! Please avoid having them on the futon and please watch any carpet accidents!
Watch Noise Levels
Most important rule! This building has a lot of small offices around you that are often for therapy or masseuses or tutoring sessions so PLEASE be courteous and watch your noise levels! Please keep music at a low volume if played and keep voices low, I have given the offices closest to the studio my number to let me know if anyone is being disrespectful of noise levels and I WILL be calling if that is violated and you will not be allowed back!
Alcohol Consumption only for 21+
RENTER is responsible for making sure everyone consuming alcohol is 21+!!
